30 Minute Power Vinyasa

Join me for this 30-Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow. It’ll warm you up from the inside and help to build strength and flexibility in the body. There is a focus on Anjaneyasana (crescent lunge) and core strengthening poses. You’ll just need your mat and maybe a block if you like. Enjoy!
