Vegan creamer – fancy coffee

We love us some coffee at Free Spirited Sisters and sometimes it’s nice to have a fancy coffee with flavored creamer, but also nice to have one with simple, clean ingredients, and that’s where this vegan creamer comes in!

Cashew Cream is a vegan staple and is extremely versatile. We use it as a base for many recipes, such as vegan sour cream, Chipotle Corn Chowder, Vegan Mashed Potatoes, smoothies, alfredo sauces, dips and much more! A high powered blender is really handy for making, well, anything really, but it especially makes cashew cream recipes and smoothies an absolute breeze. My best kitchen friend is my Vitamix. I got a reconditioned one like this for a great discount. I use it almost daily and it just keeps truckin!

It’s fun to experiment with the basic vegan creamer recipe below (as we did with the Gingerbread creamer) and come up with your own favorite flavors. Think pumpkin spice, candy cane (with a couple of drops of food quality essential oils), or anything else your caffeinated heart desires. Have fun! Print
